Morgan and Baisden Join Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP

Douglas S. Morgan and W. Eric Baisden have joined Hahn Loeser as partners in the firm's Cleveland and Columbus offices.

Douglas S. Morgan has more than 20 years of experience in general corporate law, corporate finance, securities, and mergers and acquisitions, in addition to his experience in the areas of banking, real estate and venture capital. Mr. Morgan counsels public and private companies on a wide variety of matters, including reorganizations, entity structuring and corporate governance. He has successfully managed transactions involving commercial finance, venture capital and mezzanine funds, as well as complex real estate and development projects, and has worked with several successful start-up companies, including those in the technology and banking areas. He will practice out of Hahn Loeser's Columbus office.

W. Eric Baisden has a national labor and employment practice which includes representing employers in all areas of employment and labor relations, as well as related employment litigation, in federal and state trial and appellate courts across the country. He has significant experience in protecting employers from unfair competition, representing management in litigating the enforceability of restrictive covenants and confidentiality agreements, and legal proceedings regulating picketing and other organizational conduct of non-employee union organizers. He also litigates claims of wrongful discharge and discrimination, as well as cases under ERISA. Mr. Baisden will practice out of Hahn Loeser's Cleveland and Columbus offices.
