Hahn Loeser successfully obtained from two foreign cyber squatters domain names for a national specialty retail client. The first cyber squatter was using the client's trademark in its domain name to attempt to attract visitors to his website and generate income through "pay-per-click" advertising. The second cyber squatter was also attempting to generate income using "pay-per-click" advertising, but took measures to keep his identity from becoming public. Once he was actually served with a domain name complaint, however, he quickly agreed to transfer the domain name to our client without waiting for a decision from the National Arbitration Forum.
