Partnership Track
Each associate is hired with the expectation that they will become a partner in the course of their development as an attorney. There is no forced "weeding out" within classes, further encouraging teamwork and collaboration among the associates. Typically, an associate is first considered for admission to the partnership after eight-and-a-half years of practice; this timeframe can vary, however, based upon the desires and abilities of the individual attorney.
