Biography

Joni is an associate with the firm's Litigation Area. Her practice includes representing clients against putative class actions, contractual disputes, business tort actions, foreclosures and defense of legal malpractice claims. She is experienced in representing diverse clients, including title companies and small-to-Fortune 500 corporations.

Joni is admitted to practice law in Ohio and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio.

Among her accomplishments, Joni is listed as a Rising Star in the 2010 edition of Ohio Super Lawyers.

In 2010, Joni was appointed to the Executive Board of PlayhouseSquare Partners, and was also named 2010-2011 Social Committee Co-Chair for the organization.
