Catherine V. Andrews focuses her practice in the Corporate and Securities Area. She has experience in general corporate matters, including public and private entity formation, financing and other securities matters. Catherine also has significant experience in corporate governance and Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance. She assists in the preparation of reports and filings under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
Catherine represents brokers/dealers and investment advisers in formation and compliance with FINRA, the Investment Company Act of 1940, and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Her experience includes credit and interest rate risk management, including negotiating ISDA agreements.
Additionally, Catherine drafts and negotiates construction agreements on behalf of owners and contractors.
